Our Rosé 2023 was made with Shiraz grapes that fermented spontaneously (without the use of commercial yeast), then blended with a small percentage of Sémillon. Left on light lees for a few months and fined with non-animal products. Bottled in house. Vegan friendly.
Delicious and vibrant with strawberry and guava flavour, a perfect summer drink. Customer's favourite.
