This Semillon fortified was made in the heat of the summer 2024. Apricot flavour on entry, it develops on the palate with honey flavour and finishes with a fresh cut grass, leaving you wanting for more. Light and young, its sweetness is not overwhelming and tends to dissipate in the mouth until the next sip. Pair with a fruity desert, or orange dark chocolate. Very popular, 700 bottles only.
