Fermented in a long cool fermentation, this Shiraz 23 is a good expression of a Blackwood Valley Shiraz, displaying aromatic fruits of the forest on the nose. Minty, fresh acidity and vibrant tanins added to a mouth-watering dryness, it can be consumed young or aged for another 5 years.
