Silver Medal Winner - WA Boutique & Single Vineyard Wine Show 2024
This Cabernet Merlot 23 was hand-picked from a Blackwood valley vineyard and blended with 20% of our Sunnyhurst Petit Verdot. Fermented in small batches, plunged by hand every 3 hours with rigorous temperature control, basket pressed, aged in French oak for 12 to 16 months and bottled in house. Vanilla on the nose, cherry and spices on the palate. Soft mouthfeel, lingering aftertaste. Winemaker's favourite.
