The warmth of summer 2024 produced a well-developed wine, the heat allowing richer and riper flavours to develop in comparison with last year.
Slightly oily, it has a lovely weight on the palate and luscious flavours of honey dew melon and apricot. Fermented spontaneously, partially in stainless steel, partially in French oak to obtain just a slight bouquet of wood on the nose and on the palate.
